What makes our office different from NN?
- Ramah Navajo Chapter P.L. 93-638 Geospatial Office serves as the Local Rural Address Committee for the Ramah Band of Navajos within the Ramah Navajo boundary.

- Our office is funded by the Bureau of Indian Affairs Southwest Region, which makes our office a federally funded non-profit organization, separate from the Navajo Nation.

We only provide MVD Letters for Gallup and Grant locations.
MVD requires the following documents:
- Social Security Card or W-2 Form
- Birth Certificate or NN Affiliate of Birth
- (2) Physical Address Letters - (1) from RNC Geospatial Office and (1) from the Tribal Office. The letter from the Tribal Office must be notarized.

Who is the Navajo Nation Addressing Authority?
- NNAA is the primary Addressing Agency for the Navajo Nation including Ramah Navajo. RNC Geospatial Office works in partnership with NNAA. We provide the address data to NNAA on each client. We are the LRAC for Ramah Navajo.

- NNAA is the primary Addressing Agency for the Navajo Nation including Ramah Navajo. RNC Geospatial Office works in partnership with NNAA. We provide the address data to NNAA on each client. We are the LRAC for Ramah Navajo.
- Addresses are issued by NNAA, RNC Geospatial Office only completes the Field Data Collection process and submits that to NNAA for a new address.
- NNAA has the right to reject any new addresses or modify any existing addresses to ensure it meets the MSAG and PSAP standards.
