Ramah Navajo Chapter hereby gives notice to the General Public of available excess/surplus property (Technology equipment, computers, and monitors) for immediate sale. Cash, money order, cashier check or debit/credit cards accepted. The excess/surplus property will be sold on a “First Come, First Serve” basis and no holding property.

Ramah Navajo Chapter IT/GIS Office (Rural Addressing Office)

Sale Date and Times

Beginning Date: Tuesday September 23, 2025

Ending Date: Monday October 27, 2025

Time: 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM (Mountain Standard Time)

Contact RNC IT Office at (505) 240-6211 for more information. All expense to disassemble and transport the property is the sole responsibility of the buyer excess/surplus property not picked up the close of business day, will be considered abandoned and disposed of by other means. 

All buyers are urged to be cautioned to inspect the property prior to purchasing and/or accepting the property. The property for sale will be available for inspection at the place and time on this notice. CONDITION OF USED PROPERTY IF OFFERED: “AS IS, WHERE IS” and is not guaranteed. 

Acceptable forms of payment shall be CASH, MONEY ORDER, CASHIERS CHECK, OR DEBIT/CREDIT CARD. Payments will be made at our Ramah Navajo Chapter Business Office and provide receipt to IT Office to show items were paid before items are released to buyer. All sales are final and no refunds will be issued.

Upon award and removal of property. Ramah Navajo Chapter is not responsible, nor liable for any accidents arising from or in connection of the sale, donation, use or operation of the excess/surplus property. Ramah Navajo Chapter reserves the right to withdraw an excess/surplus property from the property disposal activity at any time.
